Welcome to my website and blog “Healing From Spirit”. I have been on a journey or more appropriately a quest for over 10 years to find peace within myself, with decisions I have made, and events that have happened around me. For several years I was involved in care giving for several people who in the end passed away into spirit. Three people very close to me passes between November 2007 and January 2008. The loss and grief was deep. But out of that depth came surrender and with that understanding.
I have learned that we truly never lose someone. They only change form. They shed their human body but the essence of their divine nature continues to exist in spirit. And this spirit continues to be part of our world whether we are aware of it or not. My journey has lead me to learn how to connect with them directly for both my own peace and to bring peace and understanding to others.
Whether you have lost people close to you or not, I have learned that we are never alone. Spirit is always with us. Helping us, guiding us…..the problem is we don’t always hear them. In fact even when we do hear, feel or see something that feels like an intuitive flash or a daydream we ignore it and get back to solving the problem using our logical left brain.
My intention is to help others heal and move from surviving to thriving using the tools I have learned from the wonderful teachers I have had over the past 10 years. I hope to assist many in moving from a place of confusion and fear to a place of understanding and love…..no matter what is happening to you at this moment or has happened to you in your past.
Meditation is the cornerstone of being able to connect to spirit. It is also the best place to start for your own healing, no matter what is ailing you.
